On the Home page the navigation might be challenging since not all HTML5 landmark elements are used.
Not all functionalities are currently usable with the keyboard which includes sorting and filtering on the Participants, Companies and Agenda pages, the tabs on the Meetings page and the functionalities of the My availability page. Additionaly, session cards on the Agenda page cannot be accessed through a keyboard and rescheduling a meeting is not possible.
When using a keyboard the borders of elements on some pages are not consistent or missing.
The colour contrast of some elements is not sufficient.
No bypass blocks have been implemented.
Some forms are missing associated labels which includes the “Edit my profile“ and “Account settings“ forms.
Input errors are not always clearly identified.
Certain ARIA roles are not contained by particular parent elements on Participants and Companies pages.
- Disproportionate burden
The content provided by users, such as uploaded images, videos and files, might not be accessible.
- Content that does not fall within the scope of applicable legislation
PDF files, such as the PDF Agenda, are not tagged, so they can be identified and used by screen reader users either insufficiently, or not at all.

This statement was prepared on April 15, 2022.
The evaluation of the website’s compliance with the Directive (EU) 2016/2102, was carried out as an internal test according to WCAG 2.1 Level A and Level AA Conformance Standard in January 2022. Content on individual pages is checked regularly by our web content editors when new content is published.
